We accept payments via Zelle, PayPal (Family & Friends), Cash App or cash for in person pick up.

We guarantee all animals to be healthy and feeding on the correct size rodents unless otherwise notified. We need to be made aware of any health concerns within 48 hours of pickup. 

Payment Plans:
We offer payment plans on a case by case basis. We require a 25% non refundable deposit. Plans can be 30, 60, or 90 days depending on the amount. Payments are non refundable. If you are unable to complete your payments then you will receive store credit for the amount paid except for the 25% deposit. If we are unable to supply the animal for any reason you will be issued a full refund. 

Shipping/Live Arrival Guarantee 
Shipping is based off your zip code. We ship Fed Ex Priority Overnight through Ship Your Reptiles. We ship Tuesday or Wednesday depending on the weather. We only ship to the nearest Hub. We offer live arrival guarantee if picked up within 4 hours of delivery. If any animal is DOA you must provide proof within 1 hour of animal being picked up.
