How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your Husbandry.Pro account yourself, from inside the app. It takes about a minute — here's the exact path:

  1. Log in to your account
    Sign in at husbandry.pro or open the mobile app.
  2. Open the menu
    Tap the hamburger menu in the top corner.
  3. Tap your Profile
    Select Profile from the menu.
  4. Open Account
    Choose Account to see your account settings.
  5. Scroll to the bottom → Delete Account
    At the very bottom, tap Delete Account and confirm.
Heads up: deletion is permanent. It removes your animals, records, and history from our active systems — this can't be undone. Export anything you want to keep first.

Other things you can do yourself

Most account settings live in the same place: the menu ☰ → ProfileAccount. Here are the common ones.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?
  1. Log in, then open the menu Profile.
  2. Open Subscription Settings (under Account).
  3. Choose a different plan, switch billing interval, or cancel — your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Billing a payment you don't recognize, or need a refund? Open a billing ticket and we'll sort it out.

How do I change my email or password?
  1. Open the menu ProfileAccount.
  2. Update your email address or set a new password from your account details.
  3. Save — you may be asked to re-enter your current password to confirm.
I can't log in / I forgot my password
  • On the login screen, use Forgot password to get a reset link by email.
  • Signed up with Google? Use the Sign in with Google button instead of a password.
  • Check the inbox of the email you registered with (and your spam folder).

How do I export or back up my data?

Your data is yours. Use the export tools inside the app to download your records before making big changes — especially before deleting your account, since deletion is permanent.

What happens to my data when I delete my account?

Deleting your account permanently removes your animals, records, photos, and history from our active systems. Encrypted operational backups may retain copies for a short period before they're overwritten on our normal rotation, and aggregated, de-identified data may be kept.
