Prior to making a purchase, we strongly encourage customers to conduct thorough research and ask as many questions as needed. We are here to assist you.
Live arrival guarantee is contingent upon the shipper making insurance available, and it must be paid for by the buyer.
Cancellation is not possible once payment is made. If cancellation occurs before full payment, a 25% deduction and all PayPal fees will apply to the refund.
Payment Options:
Payments are accepted via Square, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal.
Please note that Square, PayPal, and Venmo transactions are subject to fees, which will be added to the final bill.
Health Policy:
All animals are healthy, mite-free, and regularly eating unless otherwise noted. They have no known health issues.
If any health concerns become apparent after you receive the snake, please contact us immediately. When contacting us, please provide photos or videos of the animal as well as its habitat.
We take no responsibility for the animal's health once it is in your care if the issues arise from improper care. However, we will do everything we can to guide and assist you in helping the animal get the care it needs.
All animals should go through proper quarantining for a minimum of 30 days. Zep's Pythons health guarantee is that all animals will successfully make it through quarantine without concern.
If an animal is deemed sick and it was outside of the buyer's control, we offer two solutions:
The animal can be returned at the buyer's expense to us for evaluation by our vet. If it is determined to be something that was an issue with the snake prior to sale, we will offer a store credit towards a replacement animal, including shipping costs.
Alternatively, you can have the animal taken to your vet, and after we review the findings, a store credit for the vet fees will be issued. Neither option will exceed the purchase price of the animal.
Shipping Policy:
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $65.00 for all orders within the continental USA.
All listed prices are firm, and full payment is required before any snakes are shipped.
To hold a snake, a non-refundable upfront payment of 25% is required. Full payment must be made within 48 hours unless a payment plan is arranged. Snakes will be shipped only upon receipt of full payment.
We ship all snakes via FedEx on Wednesdays. Live arrival guarantee can be arranged at the buyer's expense if desired.
Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have. All our snakes are of pet quality and are accustomed to handling. They are fed frozen-thawed unless otherwise specified.
Genetics Policy:
We guarantee the hets produced in-house but do not guarantee specific breeding outcomes.
Breeding involves playing the odds, and while we strive for accuracy, results may vary. Multi-gene animals are identified based on experience and research, but all customers should understand the inherent risks associated with them.
Our animals come with documented photos of the parents and all known genetic information based on breeding results.
We are committed to transparency and will never intentionally mislead our customers regarding the genetics of our animals. If any issues arise with a purchased animal, please contact us, and we will address them promptly.
