GUARANTEE:

Animals purchased from us are healthy, feeding and correctly sexed. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm sex within 48 hours of delivery. Some animals such as turtles, tortoises, geckos and garter snakes can be difficult to sex as hatchlings but will do my best to accommodate.

 SHIPPING:

We ship FedEx priority overnight only on Tuesday and Wednesday. Shipments must go to a FedEx hub for pickup.

 PAYMENT AND PAYMENT PLANS:

Cash, check (must clear before animal is shipped), Money Order, Bank/Wire Transfer, PayPal and Other.                            

Payment plans are possible with:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          $500-$1,000 = 14 days with 50% down and non-refundable                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      $1,000 -$2,000 = 30 days with 50% down and non-refundable                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         $2,001-$5,000 = 45 days with 25% down and non-refundable                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         $5,001+ = 90 days with 20% down and non-refundable
