All shipments must be accepted by someone who can legally sign for the package. Shipping fees will vary depending on the size/weight of your package and destination. We ship only healthy, feeding, and well established animals. I like our hatchlings to eat at least 5 consecutive times before they find a new home. In the event your new pet is showing any odd behaviors or health concerns, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt (based on shipping delivery time stamp). In the unlikely situation the animal is dead on arrival (DOA), please contact us within 3 hours of receiving your package. Do not discard the animal until speaking with us. The likelihood of a DOA is extremely rare as we ship using industry standards that have been proven to be successful and safe.
