We strive to provide healthy snakes that have had their genes correctly identified as well as their sex. If either of the last two are wrong, contact us and we will either replace the snake or send a refund. If your snake arrives sick, contact us immediately with pictures and what the issue is and then see a vet immediately. We will then proceed from there depending on what the vet finds. If the snake arrives DOA, contact us immediately for a full refund, providing the snake was picked up the same day it arrived. After your snake leaves the FedEx hub, and if you have not contacted us with any issues, all of the above is invalid as we have no idea how the snake has been cared for since it has been in your possession. Non-refundable deposits of at least 25% are required on holds of snakes costing $350 or more. They then must be paid off within 30 days, unless other arrangements have been made. If there have been no payments and/or contact by the end of those 30 days, the snake will go back up for sale and the deposit kept.  No payment plans on snakes under $350.
