All purchases require a non refundable deposit of 25% unless stated otherwise

Any animal marked tsm or tsf is not guaranteed to be a certain gender but is listed as such to recognize the more likely possibility

Any payments made on a payment plan are non refundable

Payments are made through PayPal, Cashapp, Zelle, or Venmo

If an animal arrives DOA proof must be shown within 30 minutes of arrival to issue a refund

We do not claim responsibility for fedex delays although we will do our best to work with fedex and our shipping company to get your animal to you as soon as possible

Live arrival insurance is added into the total cost of shipping

Shipments will only be made via priority overnight shipping (10:30am,12pm,4:30pm - depends on your residence)

We do not hold animals until payments or a deposit had been made

If you decide not to purchase the animal you are subject to a refund excluding the deposit (this is only on animals paid in full upfront)

If a total reaches over 200$ (excluding shipping) payment plans will be permitted

We ship when we deem it safe for the animal - this is dependent on a variety of factors including size, weight, meals, weather, current fedex hub status, etc, deposits must be put down to hold an animal until it is safe for the animal to ship

The weather must be acceptable in order to ship the animal. We may tell you that we are not able to ship an animal if the fedex hubs are backed up or busy - this is for the safety of the animal

Payment plans consist of 30 days and will not be extended longer, unless stated otherwise

If an animal drops its tail during shipment we will not offer a refund, although this is highly unlikely it is possible

Prior to shipping all customers will receivetracking, photos of their animal in good health and alive

Alongside your animal we will provide up to date weights/feedings/ as well as all other necessary or requested information :)
