Failure to adhere to payment plan forfeits the deposit and/or the difference between the original sale price and the subsequent sale to another buyer plus $150 admin fee plus $5/week feeding from the original sale date.
Animals sexed incorrectly will receive a full refund upon receipt of a genetic sexing test- shipping and CITES ( as well as the cost for a Genetic test proving we were incorrect in our sexing) permits are Morpheus' Morphs responsibility (not the buyer)
While we do the best we can (including consulting others who specialize in the particular morph) we do not guarantee genetics- please check if genetic testing is available for that gene and request a test.
We guarantee arrive alive , but it is the buyer’s responsibility to inform us within 24 hours if you think there is a health issue
As commonly known, ball pythons can be very picky eaters ( sometimes going up to a year without eating ) and as such we do not guarantee the animal will eat for you but will do our best to provide assistance to help get the animal on food ( video call of the set up and procedure will be required if you request help )
Please quarantine your animal once received as it is rare, but possible in the shipping process to get mites/RI , as to date we have not had complaints but have received an animal with mites that came from an extremely high end breeder and mites must have been contracted in the shipping process, not the breeders facility .
