Payment plans available depending on price we will work out a plan that works for us both, 30, 60, 90, and even 120 day plans available upon discussion. (email or contact directly).

All payment plans have a 25% non refundable deposit required. If canceled anything over 25% will be refunded. Plans over 30 days add 20$ per month for food and maintenance costs.

All shipments come with a live arrival guarantee on the following terms: 

1. somebody is home to receive the package upon delivery or picked up from the fedex hub.

2. shipments are done through my shippers and not a third party or customers shippers.

3. shipment was not delayed or problems caused by fedex, in which case we will file a claim with fedex and make sure we take proper actions.

All animals come with a health guarantee on the following terms:

1. all dead on arrival claims must be made within 30 MINUTES of delivery notice.

2. you have 48 hours to report any issues with your purchase otherwise any illness or other issues could be picked up from the new location.

All genetics and sexing is done to the best of our ability and is only 99% accurate, we are only human and there is always a small chance for mistakes.

All animal temperaments are different, please ask about the animal of interest to know its attitude level.

All snakes are fed frozen thawed rats.

NO RETURNS on live animals unless there is illness or other issues we have discussed, shipping animals is stressful and not healthy to do constantly so if you are not 100% sure on the animal you want, please wait until you have fully decided to make your purchase.
