Returns/refunds: We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will replace or refund any animal minus the return freight if notified within 24 hours of receipt.

Feeding: We feed frozen thawed and live prey (rats).

Pickup and Shipping: Local pickup is available. We ship through FedEx priority overnight shipping. Will combine shipping when purchasing multiple animals. If properly acclimated and cared for, our animals should do AMAZING for you. It's difficult to put a longer term guarantee on our animals because once you receive them, we have no way of controlling how they are cared for. We cannot guarantee against flawed husbandry practices

Payment: Payment methods accepted are Cash, Credit Card, PayPal, and apple pay.

*Note: The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide us with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time.

Receiving your Snake: All animals are shipped from FedEx hub to FedEx hub/pickup center and held for pick up. Animals will NOT be shipped directly to your house. This reduces stress to the animal.
