We use the probe method for determining sex. While we are confident in our assessment, we always encourage you to sex for yourself upon arrival and acclimation. If, for some reason, we were incorrect AND you plan on breeding, we will arrange a return and a refund, or exchange. Morphs are our best, educated guess from obvious identifies. We identify the snakes ourselves, and will use industry leading consultations when necessary. The only way to be close to 100% certain is to shed test for the morphs for whom testing is available. All snakes are guaranteed healthy (meaning free from respiratory infections or other diseases) upon receipt. If your snake passes away within 7 days of receiving it and an exotic veterinarian determines the cause of death to be respiratory in nature, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the snake and the cost of treatment and examination. We guarantee live arrival if shipped as long as there are no shipping delays outside of our control and as long as the snake is picked up and examined within 4 hours of delivery to the FedEx Hub.
