Payment plans are offered on a case by case basis.  All deposits are nonrefundable and the balance is due on the agreed deadline. Breached payment plans will be considered forfeit and all payments are nonrefundable. 

I invoice all sales through Square via email and also accept cash as payment, but we are willing to consider other forms of legal tender. 

We fully guarantee the sex and health of all the animals we produce. Virus testing can be done at the buyers request and expense. Please inquire for further details on virus testing. 

Any issue with an animal needs to be addressed within the first 2 hours of FedEx arrival. An email, including pictures, must be sent immediately.

All animals are produced by us unless stated otherwise.

Identification of incomplete dominants are an educated evaluation. We consult with various experts when identifying our clutches to confirm all genes listed. All genes that can't be entirely confirmed will be listed as "possible" and  priced accordingly. We will never intentionally mislabel any animal. All heterozygous recessive genetics, "hets", are guaranteed unless they are stated as possible het, 50%, 66%, etc. 

All of our animals and clutches are fully documented on our social media platforms. We do this to provide total transparency for our customers. All potential buyer's can research the pairings that produced any of our animals and we invite you to do this before buying from us.
