By placing a deposit and purchasing one of our animals you agree to these terms and conditions of sale. We do our best in representing all animals as accurately as possible. We accept Paypal Friends & Family, Venmo, and Cash App. PayPal Friends & Family is not to avoid fees but to safeguard us from scams and funds being pulled.

Animals are not considered sold until payment is received in full. Payment must be received in full before shipment. Animals can be placed on hold upon receipt of a non-refundable 25% deposit (PayPal Friends & Family, Cash App or Venmo). In the event that the buyer chooses to back out they will forfeit the deposit and any payments made after.

PAYMENT PLANS:
If you would like to hold an animal, a 25% nonrefundable deposit is required. payment plans can be done on most orders over $300.00. Payment plan length will be discussed in a case by case basis. Payments must be made weekly or bi-weekly. Please be sure you intend to purchase the animal before entering a payment plan. When holding an animal, I will continue to feed it on its normal routine and continue to take care of it as if it were my own until shipped. Any payment made is non-refundable. A deposit is required to start a payment plan. If I am unable to supply the animal purchased, a full refund will be given.

HEALTH GUARANTEE:
All animals are guaranteed healthy (of proper body weight and showing no physical signs of illness), eating prey as outlined in the ad, and properly sexed (if sex is listed). However, once an animal arrives at his/her new home, I cannot confirm if the new environment is suitable or control/monitor husbandry techniques. Customers are expected to have basic knowledge of what they are purchasing, and I cannot be held responsible for any mistakes or accidents brought on by the customer. Please understand, live arrival of a healthy animal is as far as my guarantee can go. I am always available to provide information on my facility and how I care and feed my animals or to help you succeed with your new purchase.

SHIPPING:
Shipping fee is the buyers responsibility unless otherwise stated on the ad. Animals are packaged for safe, live delivery with a heat pack or cool pack as necessary via FedEx next day delivery. With temperatures between 40*-90*. All animals are guaranteed live arrival with the exceptions being mishandled by the carrier, if no one is home to receive the package on the FIRST delivery attempt and if not picked up at the Hub within 2 hours from the time made available for pick up. Any problems with the box or animal must be reported to FedEx at time of receipt and then immediately to us. If FedEx leaves the package at your door, we are not liable if the boxs comes up missing or if the animal is deceased or otherwise ill due to the package being left in the elements. We are not responsible for delays due to weather or carrier issues. In the event DOA, you must notify us within ONE HOUR upon receiving your animal and provide proof via pictures/video by text or email to (516)523-3305 or [email protected]. Local pickup can also be arranged. We are located on Long Island.

We ship Tuesday or Wednesday for next day arrival. Animals will not be shipped later than Wednesday or during adverse weather for the safety of the animal.
*Adverse weather: below 32 or above 90 degrees anywhere en route from us to you.
*For our first time customers using PayPal, we will only ship to the hub closest to you due to charge backs. We recommend pick up from your local hub.
