*Sex and health of animal is guaranteed for 48 hours after receiving animal. If issues arise outside of that time frame it will be handled on a case by case basis. No refunds on animal sales but we will do all that we can to make any issues right. 

*Payment is accepted via square. 25% non refundable deposit may be placed to put animal on hold for up to 30 days. 90 day payment plans only available on purchases of 500$ or more. Payment in full is required before animal is shipped. The animal will be cared for as if it is one of our own.

*Shipping is provided overnight by FedEx through Redline Shipping. We will only ship if the temperature at arrival destination is suitable. We cannot guarantee animals if you are not home to sign for them. Please allow up to 10 days to process payment and ship out. We most generally like to ship on Tuesdays but special arrangements can be made.
