Full payment is required before shipping. We accept Zelle, Venmo, and Paypal with a 3% fee. We will also accept cash if you pick up in person.

Sex is determined to the best of our ability. We will always double check the sex before shipping out your beardie baby. 

Shipping is by Fedex Overnight. We ship on Monday- Wednesday when weather permits. For temps under 40 or above 89 shipping to nearest hub.

All animals have a live arrival guarantee (unless you are not present to receive the package on the first delivery attempt) and a 72 hour health guarantee. If your animal is dead on arrival you must contact us immediately. And live arrival only if with signature. An email/text/message with the photo of the animal must be sent within one hour of arrival and signature for a full refund.

Animals are always shipped to the nearest hub. We will contact you prior to shipping to determine the best hub location for delivery and pick up.
