# Terms and Conditions for Animal Purchases

## Payment Plans

• Payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis.
• All deposits are non-refundable, and the remaining balance is due by the agreed deadline.
• If a payment plan is breached, it will be considered forfeited, and all payments made are non-refundable.
• Invoices for all sales are sent through Zelle, and cash is also accepted. We are open to considering other forms of legal tender.

## Shipping

• Hub-to-hub shipment is highly recommended.
• The buyer assumes full responsibility for any mishandling or missed deliveries in door-to-door shipments.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

## Health and Guarantees

• We fully guarantee the sex and health of all animals produced by us.
• Virus testing can be conducted at the buyer's request and expense; please inquire for further details.
• Any issues with an animal must be reported within the first two hours of FedEx arrival, accompanied by an email and pictures.

## Animal Identification

• All animals are produced by us unless stated otherwise.
• Identification of incomplete dominants is based on educated evaluation.
• We consult with various experts to confirm all genes listed for our clutches.
• Genes that cannot be entirely confirmed will be labeled as "possible" and priced accordingly.
• We will never intentionally mislabel any animal.
• All heterozygous recessive genetics (“hets”) are guaranteed unless stated as possible het, 50%, 66%, etc.

## Transparency

• All our animals and clutches are fully documented on our social media platforms to ensure total transparency for our customers.
• Potential buyers can research the pairings that produced any of our animals, and we encourage you to do so before making a purchase.
