Payment plans may be terminated at sellers discretion if terms are not met. If this should happen, buyer will recieve a refund minus the deposit.

Refund policy: all refunds are at our discretion. In the event of a DOA, if a suitable replacement is not available a credit will be offered. If both parties agree to a refund the amount of the transaction will be returned to the customer minus shipping and any fees such as goods and services charges.

We accept Paypal(friends and family, if the customer chooses to pay goods and services they are responsible for paying the fees), Square, Cashapp, Venmo, money orders, Facebook pay, and cash.

100% health and sex guarantee. Animals are labeled to the best of our ability. If we are ever unsure we consult with other knowledgeable breeders. Hets are 100% guaranteed.

Shipping is additional unless otherwise stated. Shipping quotes will be based off zipcode and size of animal. Shipping is done mon-wed, temperature allowing. We have the right to hold off on shipping if conditions are not ideal.

Live arrival quaranteed under the following conditions:

1. Someone must be present to receive the package for home delivery. For hub pickup, the animal must be picked up within 4 hrs of being available unless otherwise discussed.

2. After receiving the buyer has 1hr to report any issues. We have the right to ask for pictures and videos in the event there is an issue.

3. If we feel a hub pickup is safer and the customer opts for home delivery we will not guarantee live arrival. This includes but is not limited to weather conditions and distance from customer to hub.

If any of these terms are not met then live arrival guarantee is void.
