Guarantees

We guarantee our snakes to be healthy, established feeders and correctly sexed before delivery. If you are dissatisfied with a snake you purchased from us, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your animal.

Payment

We accept Cash, Direct Deposit and EMT (Electronic Money Transfer) for Canadian orders. For International orders, PayPal and Direct Deposits are accepted. All orders must be pre-paid prior to shipping (including shipping charges).

Shipping

We offer both Canada wide and international shipping. All animal(s) and shipping charges must be paid in full prior to shipping. Please note that we only ship when temperatures are safe for the animals. International orders are subject to a $500 minimum order (excluding shipping cost).

Pricing

All prices are stated in USD and do not include shipping.

Deposit and Cancellation

We require a 25% deposit to hold any animals. All deposits are non-refundable. In order to hold an animal, a reasonable delivery date has to be agreed upon.
