We ship primarily through Reptile Express. We reserve the right to reschedule any and all shipments due to weather extremes. Any issues or situations that may arise will be dealt with on a case by case basis. If the unthinkable should happen and the animal is dead on arrival, we require immediate notification. A short video of the animal taken that day is required. It is up to our discretion whether the body needs to be returned for a necropsy to be preformed by a licensed vet.
All orders must be paid in full before delivery or shipping. Depending on your distance from us, a non-refundable delivery fee may be applicable. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to hold any animals. We will hold animals for no more than 4 weeks; special exceptions can be made for larger purchases.
All animals sold will be sexed correctly and will be in good health. All babies will have had at least 5 meals before sale. We are not responsible for the health of the animal once it leaves our possession. A care sheet can be provided should you need one, and we are always available to answer any questions.
