Payment Methods:
We accept the most common forms of payment, including credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, SQUARE, Google Pay, Cashapp, and Cash (Local Pickup).

Payment Plans:
We offer payment plans on a case-by-case basis. Typical arrangements start with a 20% non-refundable deposit and extend 30-60 days, depending on the value of the animal. Please inquire about a plan specific to the animal of interest.

Sales Policy:
All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. A buyer's failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in their forfeiting their hold on the animal(s) and any money already sent.

Shipping:
We ship Monday-Wednesday as weather allows. We will follow the guidance of the shipping service. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center and held for pickup. Exceptions for home delivery are possible if there is no such location within a reasonable driving distance (≤ 1 hour) of the buyer.

If the buyer fails to obtain the animal immediately after home delivery or pickup within 8 hours of hub delivery, our live arrival and health guarantee (see below) is void.

Guarantee Policies:

Heath Guarantee:
We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for a full refund or replacement. Issues arising after this window but within the first seven days of receipt may warrant full or partial refunds, credits, or replacements and will be considered case-by-case. Please contact us immediately for assistance.

The success of the animals is the #1 priority. We are happy to offer guidance for any troubles you encounter over the animal's life. Please do not hesitate to contact me for troubleshooting and advice!

Sex Guarantee:
Animal sex is 100% guaranteed. We check the sex of each animal multiple times before shipping to reduce the risk of error. Please inform us of discrepancies between the listing and the animal within seven days for resolution.

Genetics Guarantee:

All 100% hets are guaranteed. If an animal has been shed tested the ad will indicate this and I will provide a printout of the results with the animal. Dominant, Incomplete Dominant, and Co-Dominant traits are sometimes hard to identify in multi gene combos. We will do our best to identify these ourselves and using a network of other breeders when we cannot. This is still not a 100% full proof method and there may be unlisted genes that end up proving out in the animal later down the line. We will provide pairing information with every animal to give an idea of what genetics were at play.
