Quality - I guarantee my animals will arrive alive and healthy. As a small breeder, my collection receives my close daily attention and care. My reputation within the hobby is important to me and I strive to keep it that way, I will not sell an animal that I wouldn't want in my own collection.
Shipping - I ship priority overnight through “Reptiles2you” day (also FEDEX). Monday - Wednesday shipping is available for next day delivery using insulated boxes and heat/cold packs as needed. Shipping cost is a flat $55 for animals over $500. I guarantee live arrival and health as long as the recipient is home and accepts the package on the first delivery attempt and opens the box within 15 minutes of delivery. If your animal is held at a FedEx facility, please make sure to pick up within 2 hours of arrival. In the rare case of DOA I require photo or video proof within 15 minutes of arrival. Shipping to your place of work or having the package held at your local FEDEX are also options. I do reserve the right to reschedule shipping if the temperatures are not suitable. Typically we do not ship if the temps are below 40 degrees at night.
Questions - I am fully available to both customers and non-customers alike, If you have questions about husbandry, genetics, etc., I'd be happy to assist.
Payment - We currently accept Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp or credit/debit cards via Square. All orders must be paid in full before we will ship out your order.
Payment plans - 60 day payment plans available with a 25% non-refundable deposit on animals over $300. The balance and shipping cost can be paid any way you like over the 60 day period. If the animal is not paid off at 60 days and you fail contact us within 24 hours to work out a new payment arrangement, the animal is considered "abandoned" and will be put back on the market. You may use the already paid amount towards another animal from our store or turn it into store credit for future purchases. ABSOLUTLEY NO REFUNDS unless we fail to provide your animal.
Wholesale Pricing:
All prices are set based on the current market value and the quality of the individual snakes. Prices are non-negotiable and are subject to change based on market fluctuations. Payment must be made in full before shipment.
Health Guarantee:
We guarantee that all ball pythons are healthy and feeding at the time of sale. A next day live arrival guarantee is provided when shipping conditions are appropriate, from hub-to-hub shipping. Any claims of DOA (Dead on Arrival) must be reported withing 1-hour after shipment arrival with photographic or video evidence.
Shipping:
Shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon. We ship via Reptiles to You, overnight service, with full tracking provided. We only ship on Tuesday-Thursday, to ensure the safe arrival of your animals. We reserve the right to delay shipment if weather or other conditions are not safe for the animals.
Responsibility Upon Delivery:
The buyer assumes full responsibility for the snakes once they are delivered. This includes ensuring the appropriate habitat, care, and feeding requirements are met. If the package is delayed due to the carrier or the buyer is not available at the time of delivery, the live arrival guarantee is voided.
Returns and Refunds:
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on wholesale orders unless the health guarantee conditions are not met. In the rare event of a return being accepted, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the snake must be returned in the same condition they were sent.
Legal Compliance:
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the purchase and possession of the ball pythons comply with all local, state, and federal laws. We will not knowingly ship to locations where ball pythons are restricted or illegal.
