Payment Methods
Payment is accepted through Cash, Postal Money Orders, PayPal, CashApp, and Venmo. Other forms of payment may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Plans
Payment plans may be available for animals with a listing price over $500. Specific terms will be agreed to in writing prior to accepting the plan. Terms longer than one month may be available for purchases over $1000. Payment plans will require a 25% NONREFUNDABLE deposit (minimum $100). Animals will not be shipped until the balance has been paid in full.
If you are unable to meet the terms of your payment plan, you will forfeit your 25% deposit and any additional amounts paid may be applied toward the purchase of a future animal. Cash refunds are not issued for failed payment plans.
Multiple Animal Discount
A discount of 10% is available on the purchase of two or more animals in the same transaction.
Shipping
Shipping is generally to the continental U.S. only. U.S. shipping costs a flat fee of $75 in addition to the purchase price of the animal. Shipping charges will be waived for purchases over $750. All animals are shipped overnight via FedEx for arrival on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday only. Animals will only be shipped when weather conditions allow for safe shipping (generally low temps above 40 degrees and high temps below 90 degrees). I only ship for pick-up at FedEx hub locations and do not ship to home addresses. This is for the safety of my animals and no exceptions will be made.
Genetics Guarantee
1. Because of the increasing complexity of Ball Python combos, we can not 100% guarantee accuracy of incomplete dominant (co-dom) genes in our animals.
2. Recessive genetics (homozygous & heterozygous) are always fully guaranteed.
3. Correct gender is fully guaranteed.
Healthy Arrival Guarantee
Live, healthy arrival of your animal is guaranteed. If you have any concerns about the health of your animal upon arrival, it must be reported within 3 hours of receipt or this guarantee may be voided. Failure to make a prompt pick-up from the FedEx hub, or to receive home delivery on the first attempt may void this warranty. In the very unlikely instance that you receive a dead on arrival animal, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately. We will require photographic evidence and may request that you ship the animal back so that a necropsy may be performed.
Returns and Exchanges
To protect the health and safety of our collection, returns and exchanges are generally unavailable. Please be sure you are prepared to care for the animal you are selecting prior to completing your purchase.
