Every animal is guaranteed 100% healthy at the time of purchase/shipment. 

Every animal is guaranteed to arrive free of mites and pests. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your animal/purchase, you must notify us within 24 hours.

We offer payment plans on a case by case basis. Arrangements start with a 20% non refundable deposit and extend 1-6 months. Please inquire about a plan specific to the animal of interest. Animals will be shipped after final payment is made. All deposits and payments made during the duration of your plan are non refundable. A buyers failure to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in their forfeiting their hold on the animal and any money already sent.
