Payment methods:
We accept most common forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal (animal price + 3.5% additional fee), Venmo, wire transfers, and cash (cash for local pickups only).
Payment plans:
Payment plans are offered, starting with a 25% non-refundable deposit of the animal's value, with 30-90 days to pay the remaining balance, depending on the animal's value. Please inquire about a plan specific to the animal of interest.
Sales Policy:
All deposits/payments are non-refundable but are transferable to another animal. Failure to complete the payment plan within the agreed timeframe will result in the forfeit of the hold on the animal(s) and any money sent. By making a purchase, the buyer confirms that they are at least 18 years old. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check their local regulations on the legality of purchasing, receiving, and/or owning purchased animals. Clover’s Reptiles LLC is not liable for any fines or legal fees due to a violation of any local regulation by the buyer.
Shipping:
Clover’s Reptiles LLC ships Tuesday-Thursday as weather allows. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx or UPS to the buyer's nearest Ship Center, where they will be held for pickup. If the buyer fails to pick up the animal within 10 hours of hub delivery, Clover’s Reptiles LLC Live Arrival Guarantee is voided. Exceptions for home delivery may be made if there is no such location within reasonable driving distance (≤50 Miles) of the buyer and buyer must purchase additional shipping insurance. If the buyer is not present to sign for the package during home delivery, Clover’s Reptiles LLC Live Arrival Guarantee is voided. Clover’s Reptiles LLC is not liable for any unforeseen delays due to FedEx or UPS errors such as failed transportation equipment, FedEx or UPS employee error or negligence, and/or unpredicted weather. Clover’s Reptiles LLC is not held liable for any delays or non-deliverable packages due to incorrect FedEx or UPS shipping center address or home address provided by the buyer. P.O. Box, APOs, or FPOs are not acceptable forms of delivery addresses. Shipping costs are based on the location of delivery and will be covered by the buyer.
Health Guarantee:
Clover’s Reptiles LLC offers a 100% live arrival guarantee. In the unlikely circumstance of a death on arrival, it must be reported within 2 hours of signing and taking possession of the package, along with a time and date stamped video, for a full refund or replacement. Clover’s Reptiles LLC will not be held liable for any veterinary bills or the death of the animal due to incorrect husbandry.
