Shipping is conducted Monday-Wednesday priority through the FedEx hub only overnight to avoid delays. We ship anywhere in the continental 48 states, weather allowing. Shipping will be delayed if temps are over 90 degrees or below 40 degrees. No refunds will be issued due to weather delays in shipping. We will ship soonest date that ensures the animals safety. If shipping is being picked up from the hub, pick up must be completed within 2 hours of notification of arrival or live animal guarantee is invalid. Time starts once notification of delivery ready for pickup at FedEx.

Live animal guarantee: in event of DOA, we must be contacted within the first hour, providing pictures of the animal and inside of the box, along with pictures of the condition of the box.

24-hour arrival: Reptiles sold by Constrictor Cartel are guaranteed to be healthy, eating and shedding. Check your animal well upon arrival. If you notice anything wrong with your animal, please contact immediately. After 24 hours of arrive with no contact, we will assume you are content with the animal, and it will no longer be our responsibility.

State/Federal Laws: We will not knowingly ship any animal(s) in violation of State/and or Federal Laws. Buyer is responsible for knowing their own local and state laws before purchasing.
