Snakes are shipped in insulated Redline shipping boxes with heat or cold pack if needed, Snakes are only shipped with Redline shipping overnight priority service through Fed Ex. Illinois buyers must have proof of hognose keeping permit. Hognose will not be shipped to Iowa and Colorado. If snake arrives deceased, buyer must contact seller within 20 min of pick up at Fed Ex hub. Send pictures of deceased animal at that time.FedEx hub pickups only, no home deliveries. This is in order to protect snakes from extreme hot or cold temperatures. Animals will not be shipped if temperatures at seller, buyer or any hub enroute are under 40 degrees or over 90 degrees.

ANIMALS WILL NOT BE PUT IN HOLD WITHOUT DEPOSIT
Payment Plan…Non refundable deposit of 30% is required for holding of animal. Animal must be paid off within 60 days, with a payment made at least every two weeks. If there is no communication from buyer 15 days past last communication, deposit will be forfeited.
