Delivery : Shipping: In order to minimize risk to the animal, shipping must be to a FedEx hub for pickup. I will not ship to your door. Sorry for any inconvenience that causes. Please provide the address of a FedEx ship center near you to receive a shipping quote.If you are in the Albuquerque area, we are happy to arrange drop off/pickup locally to avoid shipping costs and risks.

Store Policy

Payment plans are possible with a deposit. This will vary by animal. Please contact us for details.

Once payment is received, we will arrange a shipment date that works for you and ensures the safety of the animal. We ship out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays for delivery on Wednesdays and Thursdays. If there are any risks to the animal due to weather or delays in the shipping system,  we will not ship the animal. We will communicate any delays to you and continue holding the animal until there is a safe shipping window. 

If there are any issues with the animal upon receipt, please take a photo or video of the issue and contact us immediately. If the animal did not survive transit, you will have the option of receiving a refund, or applying the amount already paid to another animal purchase. Refunds will not be issued if the animal was not picked up on the agreed upon date by the buyer, or for issues that arise after receipt of a healthy animal.

All sales are final. We make our best effort to accurately identify sex and genetic traits, including having all animals examined by a certified vet. However, we make no guarantees about the breeding performance or outcomes of any animal.Â
