We will not ship until we confirm the order with you and confirm that you will have someone home to receive your new pet. Once the animal is received you have one hour to contact us if there are any issues, we will provide our personal number for easy communication.
Payment plans available for animals over $750.00, with a 20% percent deposit non refundable and a case by case payment plan.
