If your weather falls outside of this range, we are happy to hold your purchases until a safe day for shipping arrives. No refunds will be given for weather delays. Package must be signed for on first delivery attempt or guarantee is void. All animals held for pickup at a FedEx center must be picked up within 2 hours of being available or guarantee is void. Any issues must be reported within 30 minutes of package being signed for.

Store Policy

No animal is considered sold until payment is received. Payment plans will be considered for purchases of $1000 or more .A non-refundable, 25% deposit will hold any animal for 30 days. Payment plans are available and must be agreed to beforehand. All money paid(including but not limited to the deposit and payments) are non-refundable.

Animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed and as described. Recessive genetics are guaranteed for life. Sex must be verified within 7 days of delivery.

Multiple forms of payment are accepted including, but not limited to PayPal F/F only, Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp.
