We offer short-term payment plans for reptiles (usually up to 3 months) for animals over $500 with a 20% non-refundable deposit. Animals being paid on a payment plan will be shipped out after the animal is paid for in full. If you have any other questions regarding payment plans or deposits, don’t hesitate to contact us. We will be glad to help!

Shipping & Guarantees:

·      Shipping is provided by Ship Your Reptiles or Reptiles 2 You for next day delivery ONLY (FedEx Priority Overnight). We usually ship Monday-Wednesday to avoid a delay in shipment and the reptile sitting at a hub over the weekend. 

·      All snakes are packed for safe shipping to ensure safe arrival of your new reptile. Heat or cold packs are used when conditions require them. We will not ship when temperatures are below 40° or above 90°.

·      We guarantee the live arrival of every reptile, but the package needs to be received in person on first delivery attempt. We need confirmation of the receipt of the reptile within 2 hours. FedEx hub pick-up is always an option and is encouraged to avoid long rides on delivery trucks. 

·      Shipping costs are not included in the reptile’s price. Please contact us for shipping quotes. 

·      We offer local pick-up in the Clovis, New Mexico area. 

Health, genetics, and sex are all guaranteed unless agreed upon otherwise. Once the animal has arrived safely, it is the customer's responsibility to properly care for the animal. Please, do your research before buying any reptiles you are inquiring about. These animals deserve the best quality care! 

*We cannot sell to anyone under the age of 18 without the written consent of an adult or legal guardian. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know local laws about the reptile they are inquiring about. If you have any questions regarding your local laws, we are happy to help find the information!
