Must be 18 years of age to purchase animals. All purchases will require a photo id. The customer understands that Project Slither has a live arrival guarantee only available under specifically stated conditions. DOAs and other claims must be reported to Project Slither within 1 hour of arrival. The animal must be picked up from FedEx Hub on the same day of arrival to the Hub. Customer has the option to insure their animals/package through Reptiles2you at an additional fee as charged by the shipping company. If the Customer chooses not to insure and FedEx delivers late, Project Slither is not responsible for DOA's or late arrivals and NO REFUND will be issued. Project Slither will make every attempt possible to assist the customer with package delays and updates from FedEx. Any animals that the cardholder is dissatisfied with must be reported to Project Slither within 1 hour and returned at the card holders expense to Project Slither for CREDIT ONLY. There are NO refunds or credits for boxes and freight charges. No live arrival guarantee to destinations less than 40 degrees or more than 90 degrees. Drop shipments and shipments sent to third parties are void of ANY guarantee.

We are not responsible for knowing your state or city laws, you must know them before purchasing any animal. We will not knowingly ship an animal where prohibited so please do not ask.
