Store Policy
To hold any reptile, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit and will only hold for 15/30/45/60 days depending on total. After the time is up, we will give you one last chance to pay the remainder and set a date for shipment or the reptile will go back up for sale. The payments made can either be refunded with a $50 reduction for restocking or used as credits for a future purchase.
