Store Policy

These terms and conditions are specific to our store and override Default HP Policies. Purchasing from our store means you have read our terms and are in agreement to such. See full terms & conditions below. Sex and health is guaranteed. Besides DOA, any problem with your animal must be reported to us within 2 hours of arrival. The health guarantee is valid for the initial 24 hours because we can not control your environment or husbandry but we are always willing to help if you have any questions regarding proper setup. DOA must be reported within 1 hour of arriving based on Fed Ex time stamp and photo evidence provided.


There are however circumstances that will void the live arrival guarantee.


1. The buyer or a member of the household must be present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt.

2. A delay in shipping due to carrier mishandling.

3. Temperatures at the hub or destination being under 32°F or over 99°F.

4. Animals held for pickup at a Fedex location must be picked up the same day within 4 hours of arrival.

5. A delay in shipping resulting in rerouting due to an inaccurate delivery address being provided.


Shipments made through Redline shipping, weather permitting and only following their guidelines. Lows must be above 30°F and Highs must be below 100°F. Requesting shipping outside of these temperature guidelines nullifies any Guarantee of Live Arrival by Rat Smasher Ball Pythons.


Shipping Insurance

Redline Shipping offers shipping insurance unless otherwise specified on their website (during busy shipping times of year; for example Holiday seasons and during extreme weather conditions) Insurance can be purchased at the BUYERS EXPENSE for an additional charge of $2.50 per $100 in value of purchase. This is the direct Redline charge and they issue the insurance coverage in the event that there is an issue. It is part of your label information and the tracking number is needed for filing a claim. Claims are done through Redline not FedEx.


Live arrival guarantee will only apply to the cost of the animal and not the cost of shipping. Shipping costs for replacement animals are the responsibility of the buyer.


Once inspected and accepted the well being of the animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer.



Payment methods: We accept most common forms of payment, including: PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, wires, and Money Orders / Certified Checks. Payments are non-refundable, and all sales are final.


Payment plans: These are offered on a case by case basis, typically with a 25% deposit and the balance within 30-60 days. Please inquire about plan that is specific this animal. Deposits & payments are non-refundable, all sales are final.


Heath Guarantee: All animals are 100% guaranteed for safe and healthy arrival.


HP's Default Store Policy specifies any terms which have not been overridden by this Seller's stated policy.
