At Ryleigh’s Reptile Room, our mission is to deliver healthy, high-quality reptiles and ensure your complete satisfaction. These terms are designed to protect both you and us throughout the buying process—from inquiry to delivery. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

🛒 How to Order

If you’re ready to purchase and would like to pay via Square Invoice, please include the following with your inquiry:

• Full name

• Shipping address

• Email address

• Contact number

• Nearest FedEx hub if the package is being held for pickup

We typically send invoices within 24 hours.

🏆 Auction Policy

All auction animals must be paid in full within 24 hours of the winning bid.

Note: Payment plans and free shipping do not apply to auction wins.

📦 Shipping & Live Arrival Guarantee

We ship Monday through Wednesday via FedEx Priority Overnight.

We only ship when temperatures are between 40°F and 90°F at both the origin and destination.

Every animal is securely packaged with heat or cool packs as needed for safe arrival. Live arrival is guaranteed—with the following conditions:

• Someone must be present at the first delivery attempt to receive the animal.

• If a package is left due to a signature release on file, we are not liable for the condition of the animal.

• Any problems with the shipment or animal must be reported immediately to FedEx and then to us within 2 hours of delivery.

• In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), the animal must be preserved. We may require video evidence or the return of the animal before issuing a refund.

• If we are not contacted within 2 hours of delivery, all guarantees are void.

💰 Deposits & Payment Plans

• 25% deposit is required to hold any animal.

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Payment Plan Options

(not available for animals under $250 or during special sales like Black Friday)

• $250–$500: 30 days to pay in full

• $501–$1000: 60 days to pay in full

• Over $1000: 90 days to pay in full

If you default on a payment plan:

• The animal may be relisted for sale.

• Payments made (minus the 25% deposit) may be applied to another available animal of equal or lesser value—if the original animal sells.

🔁 Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds unless we are unable to provide the animal you reserved.

• We do not refund for change-of-mind cancellations.

🐍  Health & Genetics Guarantee

• Health guaranteed for 48 hours after delivery.

• Sex of the animal is guaranteed for 7 days—please verify with a trusted source within that time.

• All animals are guaranteed to be feeding unless sold as a known non-feeder (which will be stated).

• Non-feeding animals still include a live arrival and 48-hour health guarantee.

• Any feeding issues must be reported within 30 days for possible exchange.

🧬 Genetics Guarantee

We label animals to the best of our ability based on pairing and visual identification.

• Recessive/het genes are 100% guaranteed.

• For multi-gene co-dom/incomplete dominant traits, visual identification is our best estimate and cannot be guaranteed with 100% certainty.
