Payment for animals indicates your agreement to
our terms.

This agreement represents the final and
exclusive understanding between both parties.

Any changes to this agreement require written
approval from SMK.

Upon payment, buyers assume responsibility for
all risks associated with the animal.
PAYMENT:

Tailored payment plans are available upon
request.

A non-refundable 30% deposit is necessary to
reserve a snake.

Payment methods accepted: Paypal, Venmo.

Buyers must confirm their age as 18 or older.

Western Hognose Snakes are allocated on a
first-come, first-served basis, with holds incurring a fee.
SHIPPING:
- Shipping is a flat charge of $60.

We offer a live delivery guarantee subject to
specific conditions.

The guarantee is void if shipping information is
incorrect or if the recipient fails to pick up on the same day.

Guarantee expires upon successful receipt of
package.

In the unlikely event of a DOA, notify us with a
timestamped video within 30 minutes of package receipt. We strongly encourage
you to check the animals immediately after pickup.

Shipping occurs Mondays, Tuesdays, and
Wednesdays via next-day Priority Overnight.

We deliver exclusively to FedEx hubs for the
safety of the animal.

Unexpected shipping delays are beyond our
control.

Weather conditions at the FedEx Hub in Memphis
as well as the end destination need to be higher than 32F and lower than 99F
before we ship.

Buyer errors, such as incorrect addresses or
failure to receive the delivery, are not our responsibility.

Shipping is available only to legal areas within
the continental United States. Buyers are responsible for verifying local
regulations. We will not ship Western Hognose to Colorado, Illinois, or Iowa
unless you provide proof of permit.

Shipping costs vary from $55 to $100 based on
location.
