Payment:
• The Seller accepts most common forms of payment. The Buyer’s preferred method of payment can be discussed at the time of purchase. The Seller reserves the right to provide payment plans and to place an animal on hold. The Seller will address these options on an individual basis and they can be discussed with the Buyer at the time of purchase. Typically, the Buyer will be required to provide a 20% deposit with the Seller providing agreed upon terms for the balance payment. All sales are final and deposit/payment(s) are non-refundable.
• If the Seller terminates a sale, which the Buyer has made payment(s), the Seller is responsible to provide the Buyer a full refund, including any payment(s) labeled as non-refundable.
• If the Buyer has made payment(s), has not received the animal, and the Seller exceeds 14 days without responding to an inquiry from the Buyer, the Seller may forfeit all rights to non-refundable payment(s) and owe the Buyer a full refund.
Shipping:
• The Seller will ship animals Monday through Wednesday, at sellers earliest availability, via FedEx Priority overnight service, and shipments will only be processed based on appropriate weather conditions; for the safety of the animal.
• The Seller will make every effort to ship on the next available shipping day following receipt of payment in full, unless alternative arrangements are discussed and agreed upon by the Seller and the Buyer.
• The Seller will be responsible for all shipping charges on animal purchases of $1000 and above unless stated in the ad of otherwise. The Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges on animal purchases under $1000 unless stated in the ad of otherwise.
• The Seller will provide local and regional pick-up at no charge. Arrangements can be discussed at the time of purchase.
Animal Attributes:
• The Seller guarantees that the animal being delivered is the exact animal as advertised.
• The Seller guarantees that the animal delivered will be within a 20% margin of the advertised weight. If the weight is not listed as advertised, the Seller will provide the current weight upon the Buyer’s request.
• If the Seller fails to ship the animal for more than 7 business days after the animal was paid in full, unless otherwise communicated and agreed upon by both the Seller and the Buyer, the Seller may forfeit all rights to any non-refundable payments(s) and owe the Buyer a full refund.
• The Seller guarantees that the sex has been identified properly for the animal purchased. If the sex of the animal delivered is determined to be inaccurate, the Buyer will have a period of 3 days to file a claim. The Buyer will retain the option to return the animal for a period of 7 business days. Please double check the sex of your animal upon arrival.
• The Seller guarantees all Recessive and Heterozygous gene identifications to be accurate. Due to the complexities of multiple gene mutations, Incomplete Dominant (Co-Dominant) gene identifications can not be guaranteed 100%. Every effort is made to accurately identify Incomplete Dominant (Co-Dominant) genes, including consultation with top breeders in the US.
Animal Health:
• The Seller guarantees the animal will be shipped in a healthy state and in accordance with all FedEx rules and regulations. All animals are 100% guaranteed for a safe and healthy arrival.
• The Buyer is responsible for any and all animal injury or loss due to failure to obtain the animal immediately upon home delivery or if a hub delivery pickup is not completed within 4 hours of the animal’s arrival at the hub location. There will be no issuance of a refund of any kind for a seller that does not pick up the animal or animals within the time frame listed above. It is of the highest importance to prioritize the health and safety of the animals. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
• If the animal demonstrates signs of illness or injured within 24 hours of delivery, proven by the Buyer’s photos and/or videos, the Seller is responsible to provide the Buyer a full refund or replacement of the purchased animal.
• The Seller is not responsible for animal temperament.
Animal Return:
• If it is determined that a healthy animal needs to be returned, the Buyer will be required to ship the animal in accordance with the Seller’s instructions; at the Buyer’s expense. The Seller will provide a refund to the Buyer upon confirmation of delivery and inspection of the animal.
Privacy:
• The Seller will keep the Buyer’s personal information confidential and will only use this information for the sole purpose of the individual transaction.
