PAYMENT:

Square is our preferred method of payment. Square accepts all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, etc... You do not need to have an account to make payments using Square. I will send you an invoice via email to complete the transaction.

If you cannot do square other options are Venmo or Zelle.  Payment plans are available for animals over $300. We offer a 30 day payment plan which require a non refundable 50% deposit, payments can be made at your convenience within the 30 days. If after 30 days the payment plan is not completed we will give you a 48 hour grace period to render payment in full.  For amounts $1000 and up the balance is due no more than 60 days after initial payment. If you fail to pay for your animal in full within the timeframe above, will retain ownership of said animal without refund.

HOLDS:

We are perfectly willing to HOLD an animal for you w/ a 50% down payment for 30 days.  After 30 days you forfeit this down payment unless we have a prior arrangement.  The animal is held for the first person to send the down payment.

These animals are NOT yours until they are. Please take this into consideration.

HEALTH:

We fully guarantee the sex and health of all the animals we produce.  We offer stool/virus testing at the buyers request and expense before shipping. We will not honor any test results acquired after shipping. Please inquire for further details on testing.

SHIPPING: 

We ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays and only for pickup at your nearest Fed Ex Hub.  This is the only way to guarantee the animal is safely delivered to you. In the event of an extreme hardship (hub over 30 miles away) we may make an exception but only if weather is near perfect and only at the advice of our shipping agent at Reptiles2You. In the event we do agree to a residential delivery, signature will be required for the rare residential delivery and failure to be present for the first delivery attempt will nullify all live arrival guarantees!

DOA CLAIMS:

In the event of a DOA a claim must be made with pictures of the animal within 1 hour of the FedEx timestamp noting delivery of the package for home delivery or within 2 hours of the Fed Ex timestamp noting pickup for Hub deliveries. DOA's are extremely rare and we take every available precaution to deliver you a healthy well packaged animal! 

GENETICS

We consult with various experts when identifying our animals to confirm all generics listed. 

All genetics that can't be entirely confirmed will be listed as "possible" and priced accordingly. 

We will never intentionally mislabel any animal. 

All heterozygous recessive genetics, "hets", are guaranteed unless they are stated as possible het (PH), 50%, 66%, etc. 

All of our animals and clutches are fully documented on our social media platforms. 

In order to provide total transparency for our customers. All of our parings are documented on our social media platforms.

PRICING:

The prices posted on Morph Market are our offers. We will negotiate at times but we already have an offer on the table. Don’t ask our lowest price on an animal. That price is listed. Make an offer.

RETURNS / REFUNDS:

  don’t have a no refund and return policy. If you are not happy with something I sold you within reason and can prove that you didn’t do any damage to the animal I will likely buy it back from you. Shipping is always at your expense. Buying from me is safe. I will be honest.

UNETHICAL BREEDERS:

We do not support anyone who knowingly breeds animals with ailments. We only sell ethically bread and healthy animals.

NEGOTIATING:

I get a lot of inquiries per animal that I list. If we are negotiating, I will let you know if I have a higher bid. I will typically not decide on these right away if it isn't the price I listed. I AM IN NO HURRY. I ship Tuesday and Wednesday so I'll usually decide over the weekend.
