Delivery : Live animal guarantee. All animals are shipped via FedEx overnight by way of Reptiles2You or Redline Shipping and most will arrive before 10:30. However, some areas have a guaranteed delivery time of 12:00 noon or by the end of the day. For safety reasons, temperatures must be between 40-90ºF on both ends, with hold-at-hub for pickup. Animal must be picked up within 2 hours of being available. If the animal is DOA, the customer must notify us of the DOA within an hour of receiving the animal per FedEx pickup time. An email with a photo attached of the actual animal must be received within that hour or all guarantees are null and void.

Payments are accepted with a 25% non-refundable deposit and should be paid in full within 30 days unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

All animals are in good health, correctly sexed and eating the appropriately sized food item at the time of listing. Every attempt will be made to represent the animal as accurately as possible.

*** Absolutely no shipping during the holiday season. We will stop all shipping from November 16th through January 3rd. This is for the safety of the animals with all the excess packages mailed during this time. We will take deposits and hold animals until we start shipping again. These animals will be cared for as if staying a part of our collection at no additional charge to customer. A healthy snake is always our top priority.
