Our Guarantee:
-Sex: We guarantee the sex of all animals that are purchased from us, we pop/probe all animals.
-Morph: We guarantee the morph of all animals that are purchased from us, if we can not visually see the morph, we will sell them as a possible. We also provide the parent information for proof of the morphs
-Age: We provide written proof of hatch date with every animal.
-Feeding: We provide written proof of meals/size/date of every animal sold by us.
-Health: We Guarantee the health of all our animals that are sold and shipped from our facility.
-Live Arrival: We offer a 100% live arrival of all of our animals. There are however, circumstances that will void the live arrival guarantee:
-The buyer or a member of the household, (over 18 years of age), must be present to receive the package on the first attempt.
-A delay in shipping due to carrier mishandling.
-Temperatures at the shipping hub and/or at the destination hub is below 40*F or above 90*F.
-Animals held for Pick-Up at the destination hub, MUST be picked up within one (1)hour from when the package was delivered.
-A delay in shipping resulting in rerouting due to an inaccurate delivery address being entered during checkout.
Should your animal arrive dead, we will need you, the buyer, to provide a picture of the deceased animal, and to contact us upon receipt of the animal within one (1) hour of the delivery stamp. If the one hour time-limit is not met, we will not guarantee the Live Arrival Guarantee. The live arrival guarantee only applies to the shipping period and is void once you take possession of the animal(s).
Live arrival guarantee will only apply to the cost of the animal and not the cost of shipping. Shipping cost for replacement animal(s) will be the responsibility of the buyer. We will provide you with a new animal of Equal or Lesser value for a replacement. We will not reimburse funds of animal(s).
Once Inspected and Accepted, the well being of the animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Andering Pythons will not be responsible for any veterinary cost incurred by the buyer for the maintenance and upkeep of the animal
We ship all of our animals via ShipYourReptiles and will only ship Tuesday-Wednesday, (Weather Permitting). We use insulated, padded boxes for all shipments. With every animal purchased, you will receive an information sheet with all the information you would need. We DO NOT sell any animal under 100 grams or that has not eaten 5 consecutive meals. We feed all our animals F/T meals, except hatchlings, however, we do switch them over to F/T or Pre-Killed as soon as possible. We will provide extra information upon request.
