**** Due to Covid-19 FedEx has suspended delivery signature services and no longer guarantees on time delivery. they also indicate potential outbound delays especially on Mondays, as a result shipping will only be done on Tuesday or Wednesday for next day pickup at your FedEx hub/ship center (NO EXCEPTIONS)****

Pricing is based on the approximate market value at the time of listing and are subject to change.
I will consider REASONABLE* offers on straight pay purchases. If an offer is made you must be ready to purchase within the next 24 hours. shipping cost in non negotiable.

I reserve the right to decline any request or order. All animals are offered for sale on first come, first served basis.
No animal will be sold to a person under 18 years of age without parental approval.
The buyer is responsible for knowing the laws of their state of residence, I will not knowingly ship any animal into any state where it is illegal to possess or buy the animal requested.

General Guarantees:
All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding and properly sexed.
No animal will be shipped unless they have been fed successfully and consecutively a minimum of 3 to 5 times.
please open your package and inspect all animals immediately upon receipt of shipment. (Must pick up within 2 hours!) If you have any concerns regarding your animal(s) (health, sex, etc.), you must notify me within 24 hours of receipt.
If I have not heard from you within 24 hours of you receiving your shipment, I will consider the transaction complete and satisfactory.

We are not responsible for incorrectly input addresses that you input upon ordering. If its our mistake, you are covered. If its your mistake, guarantee is void.

DOA's must be reported within 2 hours of arrival. pictures & video (as directed) and/or return of DOA animal(s) will be required for refund or replacement.
Do not dispose of animal. place in zip-lock bag and freeze until you get further instructions from us.

We are not responsible for any VETERINARIAN fees or costs.

Sorry we do not refund or take back animal(s) due to being skittish, scared, defensive or “aggressive” 

Deposits and Holds:
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any animal currently in stock. the animal will be placed on hold for a period of 24 hours.
Because of the number of inquires no animal will be placed on hold without a deposit.

animal must be paid for in full within 24 hours of initial deposit or the deposit will be forfeited and the animal will be re-listed.
