FedEx overnight shipping is available for a flat rate of $65 for most orders. Very large/heavy shipments may be an exception. Free shipping is offered on all orders that exceed $1000. All animals are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding, and properly sexed. We must be notified of any problem with your animal within 24 hours of receipt. 7 day health guarantee(if proper housing, temps and humidity are provided to the animal)


Payment plans are 25% down NON-REFUNDABLE with typically 4-6 weeks to pay the remaining balance. Failure to meet these agreed upon conditions will result in a refund being issued for any value that is over the 25% down payment.

Shipping Note: to inform shipping decisions we use the following guidelines from our shipping provider -

Below 50F: Don't ship. Wait for warmer weather.

50-69F: Use a heat pack.

70-91F: DO NOT use heat pack.

92-100F: Ship to a "FedEx Ship Center" facility (NOT a FedEx Office, Pak Mail, Mail Boxes Etc. or other satellite/franchise location).

Over 100F: Don't ship. Wait for cooler weather.
