All of our animals are guaranteed to be healthy, correctly sexed and honestly represented. Our animals are captive bred and produced by us unless otherwise noted.

Genetics:

Recessive genes (Visual and 100% het) on our listings are guaranteed, based on visual and/or proven parents. While we list the pairings that produce our animals and do our best to properly identify dominant and incomplete dominant genes, we can not guarantee these with 100% accuracy due to the high degree of variability and subjective identification of these genes when mixed with others. All questionable or "possible" genes will be listed and priced accordingly.

Behavior:

We love all of our animals and make an effort to hold and interact with them regularly, but some animals are just grouchy. While we try to make that known when applicable, we can not be held responsible for behavioral issues.

Payment:

Payment is expected in full prior to shipping. We accept credit cards and several online transfer services. For local pickup, we prefer cash.

Deposits & Payment Plans:

Short-term payment plans may be available on a case-by-case basis. Animals may be reserved with a 25% deposit. All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless we can no longer provide the animal you reserved.

Shipping:

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping. Local pickup is preferred. If shipping is necessary, contact us for an estimate and we prefer to ship to a local FedEx hub via overnight delivery, when weather is safe for our animals.
