Store policy. Shipping is generally $50-$70 depending on location and free on orders over $1000. We ship using FedEx priority overnight. In the case of extreme weather we will hold your animal for no additional charge until safe to ship. After confirmation of the animal arriving at its destination it is your responsibility to notify us of any issues within 1 hour of arrival.
Shipping Note: to inform shipping decisions we use the following guidelines from our shipping provider -
Below 50F: Dont ship. Wait for warmer weather.
50-69F: Use a heat pack.
70-91F: DO NOT use heat pack.
92-100F: Ship to a "FedEx Ship Center" facility (NOT a FedEx Office, Pak Mail, Mail Boxes Etc. or other satellite/franchise location).
Over 100F: Dont ship. Wait for cooler weather.
Payment plans: These are offered on a case by case basis on animals over $1000, with a 25% nonrefundable deposit and the balance within 30 days. Any snake under $1000 must be paid in full and once payment is received, it is non-refundable. ALL ANIMALS ARE AVAILABLE UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
Payment methods: We accept PayPal and Venmo. In the case of an in person pick up we accept cash.
It is our responsibility to you as our customer to provide you with a quality animal and full disclosure on what you are purchasing. All animals are guaranteed for healthy arrival, proper sexing, and genetics.
