Delivery : Shipping: We only ship on Tuesday and Wednesday. Shipping after a major holiday weekend will only occur on Wednesday’s if there are no shipping alerts. All shipping is based on the weather. If the weather does not align within our guidelines in our store policy, we will not ship the animal. The safety and health of the animal is what is most important. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $60 for all animals / orders under $300. For all animals / orders over $300 shipping is free. The shipping price for animals under $300 is included in the listing price. What you see is what you pay. We only ship FedEx priority overnight from our hub to the nearest hub to your location. We will ship to a residence on a case by case basis as stated in our store policy, but we will not go outside of the guidelines we have listed.

Payment Methods:
We accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, and credit card and debit card payments through Square. There will be a non-refundable 25% deposit to place an animal on hold. If the animal is not purchased within the specified amount of time, it becomes available again. No animal will be shipped out until it is paid in full. Payment plans will run 30 to 90 days depending on the price of the animal.

Health Guarantee:
Chain Reaction Exotics guarantees healthy and live arrivals on all orders that are shipped to a hub for pick up and are picked up within four hours of notification, or for door-to-door orders where the temperatures are above 70 degrees or below 90 degrees Fahrenheit. We do not guarantee live arrivals on door to door shipments where temperatures fall out of this category i.e. under 70 degrees or above 90 degrees to include the heat index (we will also not ship any animals when highs are above 90 degrees). Someone must be at home to receive  the shipment and shipments at hubs must be picked up with in the first four hours to maintain the live arrival guarantee. If there is a DOA we will need to be contacted immediately after arrival and no later than one hour after receiving the shipment along with a video for proof.

Genetics / Sex: We guarantee all recessive genetics (homozygous and heterozygous). With the many different combinations available, incomplete dominant genetics are only guaranteed if explicitly stated as proven through breeding or shed testing. If you have any questions about a specific animal, please reach out. Animal sex is 100% guaranteed. Sex is checked multiple times and once before shipping the animal. If there is a discrepancy (we are human) please notify us within 7 days and we will make it right.

Discounts:
Veterans & first responders receive a 10% discount! Must ask for it up front and provide proof.

**All sales are final, and all deposits are non-refundable and may not be transferred to another animal. If a customer fails to complete their payment plan within the agreed upon timeframe, this will result in forfeiture of the deposit and of the hold on the animal.
