You must be 18 years old or older to purchase our reptiles.
Once contact with Creekside Constrictors has been made, and payment has been sent, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to these terms!
We accept cash in person, PayPal Friends & Family, CashApp, & Venmo.
PAYMENT PLANS:
We accept payment plans on all snakes priced over 200 with a 25% non refundable deposit. Payment plans will not exceed 6 months.
Your snake will only be shipped once full payment clears and the weather conditions are safe for shipping.
SHIPPING:
We ship all orders with FedEx via RedLine Shipping to your nearest FedEx hub. Shipping charges are $50-$100 (multiple animals can be sent in one shipment).
We will only ship Tuesday and Wednesday in order to try and eliminate delays. Be aware, although rare, this does happen. Shipping day depends on the weather of a daytime high below 85 and a night time low of above 40.
SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
We are not able to do international shipping at this time.
LIVE ARRIVAL GAURANTEE:
New owner must contact us within 1 hour of the snake being delivered to guarantee live arrival.
If the snake dies in transit you must show me a picture of the box and a video of the reptile within the ONE hour of it arriving at the destination. Video of you opening the box is preferred but not required.
Please let us know the animal made it safely. We always want to know.
SEXING: All snakes will be 100% sexed correctly.
GENERAL KNOWLEDGE:
Give your snake time to adjust before offering food.
It is your responsibility as a pet owner to educate yourself on the full needs of your snake and to provide a proper set up, temperatures, food, and humidity.
Do your research before you purchase any reptile. Snakes are long-term commitments and require special care requirements that must be met in order for your new pet to thrive.
We thoroughly socialize each snake. If you buy a snake with an attitude, this will be communicated with you ahead of time and before payment is made.
Once you receive your snake, it is your responsibility to keep track of its health and to meet its needs.
We are always available to answer any questions that you may have about their care.
