* All reptiles are guaranteed to be healthy and feeding at the time of sale.

* Animals are sexed correctly and morphs are identified to the best of our ability, but please note that multi-gene combinations can be complex.

Payments

* We accept PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App.

* Animals must be paid in full before shipping or pickup.

Shipping

* We only ship to FedEx Ship Centers (Hold for Pickup) – no home or business delivery.

* Live arrival guarantee applies if animals are picked up within 2 hours of arrival.

* Shipping is Monday–Wednesday, weather permitting.

Local Pickup

* Local pickup is available by appointment. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you to arrange a time.

Expo Pickup

* If we are vending at a reptile expo, animals may be reserved online and picked up in person.

* Expo pickup must be scheduled in advance, and ID may be required at pickup.

Guarantee

* We offer a live arrival guarantee on all shipped animals (when above terms are followed).

* Buyer must contact us within 1 hour of receiving the animal with any concerns.
