LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE **HUB TO HUB SHIPMENTS ONLY AT THIS TIME ONLY UNLESS OTHERWISE DISCUSSED*
We guarantee that all animals will arrive alive and healthy under the condition that animals being held at a hub are picked up promptly upon being available for pickup and within no more then 4 hours after arrival.
TO YOUR LOCAL HUB SHIPMENTS- It is the buyers responsibility to pick up the package at the hub promptly. Packages held at hubs are usually available for pickup around 8-9am so live arrival guarantee is voided on any packages not picked up within 4 hours of being available for pickup at the hub, unless stated otherwise.

PROPERLY SEXED GUARANTEE
We guarantee that any animal sold have been properly sexed. In the event you receive an animal that has been incorrectly sexed we will be glad to provide a shipping label to return the animal. Upon arriving alive and healthy back at our facility and being proven incorrectly sexed a replacement animal will be sent at our cost. If an acceptable replacement is not available then a full refund shall be issued.

PAYMENT PLANS
We will gladly work out short term payment plans with you if you can not pay in full right now.
Payment plans typically require a 50% non refundable deposit. We do not hold animals without a deposit.

Animals Less than $299 require a 50% non refundable deposit and the balance paid in full in 2 weeks or less.

$300-$499 = 50% non refundable deposit and the balance paid off in 30 days or less.

$500-$999 = 25% non refundable deposit and the balance paid off in 30 days or less.

over $1000 = 25% non refundable deposit. Payment terms and timeline will be established at time of purchase.

Animals purchased this way will be shipped once the balance has been paid in full.
Failure to fulfill the predetermined payment schedule decided when the payment plan is started will result in a loss of the 25% non refundable deposit and any money applied on the balance after. No cash refunds will be given under any circumstances.

TRADES
Sometimes trades or partial trades will be considered. Do not hesitate to make a trade offer. The worst I can say is no or make a counter offer. In the event a trade is agreed upon it is the buyers responsibility to ship the animals first. Upon their safe arrival and inspection that the animals are healthy and as described, we will then ship the animals that the buyer was trading for.
