Sales Policy
All sales are final. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Failure to complete a payment plan within the agreed time frame will result in the loss of both the animal(s) and any funds already paid.

Shipping Policy
We ship animals on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, weather permitting. All shipments are sent overnight via FedEx to the buyer’s nearest FedEx Ship Center for pickup.

Buyers must pick up their animal(s) within 2 hours of arrival at the FedEx hub. Failure to do so voids the live arrival and health guarantee.

Health Guarantee
We provide a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the animal to qualify for a full refund or replacement (if available).
Concerns reported after 24 hours but within 7 days of arrival may be reviewed for a partial refund, credit, or replacement, at our discretion. Please contact us right away if any issues arise.

Your animal’s health and success are our top priority. We’re always happy to provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the life of your animal.

Payment Policy
Accepted payment methods include CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash or Cashier’s Check.

Payment plans are available with a non-refundable 25% deposit. Animals will only be shipped once the remaining balance has been paid in full.
