Animals purchased will come with a 5 day health guarantee along with a live delivery guarantee (if shipped the animal MUST be picked up within 4 hours of arrival and live guarantee is only honored if proof of this guarantee failing is sent within 6 hours of delivery). If your new pet has any medical issues within the first 5 days we will resolve the issue the best we can.
