We want to make certain that you get the best animals available. Whether it's an animal, payment, or delivery, your entire satisfaction is contingent on our actions and capacity to prevent any complications. To avoid any misunderstandings, please read the whole Terms of Sale. If you have any questions, please contact us. You agree to these conditions by placing an order. These conditions are in place to safeguard both parties.
* Live Arrival Guarantee: All of our animals are packaged for safe, live delivery through Fed-Ex next day delivery with a heat pack or chill pack as needed. All of the animals are assured to arrive alive. Any concerns with the box or animal must be notified to Fed-Ex as soon as possible after delivery, and subsequently to us. The live arrival guarantee will be void if the box is left outside in the elements and H&H Pythons is not alerted within an hour of the recorded delivery time. The animal must be kept in the event of a DOA, and we reserve the right to require video proof or have the animal shipped back before giving a refund.
Tuesday or Wednesday are the days for shipping. We only ship when the temperature is above 34 degrees Fahrenheit and below 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The animal will be delivered to the nearest FedEx Shipping Center with a complete team and picked up at the hub. To identify the ideal time to ship your package, we will assess the weather in both our area and the customer's area.
PAYMENT/PLANS
*Deposits of 25% of the animal's purchase are necessary to hold an animal. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in any way.
We do accept payment plans and will work with you in the following manner:
Animals ranging in price from $500 to $1000, 30 days, with the balance required within 30 days of the initial payment.
Animals priced over $1000 are eligible for a $1500 60-day payment plan, with the remainder due 60 days after the first deposit.
Over $1500 has a 90-day grace period, with the balance due within 90 days after the initial deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, once again. If you miss a payment, your animal will be returned to the market until you make up the difference. If the animal sells before you finish paying it off, you can transfer any payments, excluding your 25% deposit, to another animal(s) of equal or lesser value.
*There will be no refunds unless we are unable to offer the animal you have requested.
*Health is guaranteed for 24 hours.
*Sex of the animal is guaranteed for a period of seven days. This means it is the purchaser's responsibility to have the animal checked by either themselves or a trusted party to verify accuracy within seven days of receipt.
*Any non feeding issue needs to be addressed within 30 days to make exchange arrangements if deem needed. Pictures of setup and proper temp regulations may be requested.
*All prices are subject to change without notice.
***ATTENTION*** In the event of multi-gene combos proving to be something less than what is advertised, we will offer compensation in the form of another animal or a discount towards a future purchase. Sometimes with multi-gene animals it can be very difficult to understand exactly what is in the mix.
